NTA is re-conducting the CUET UG for those who are not satisfied with the answer keys or whose answer key is showing major mistake. National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct retest for the candidates, scheduled from July 19, for those who submitted validated complaints regarding the initial exam

As of July 8, the NTA has also released the answer key for the CUET UG 2024 exam, Today July 9 is the last date to submit the objection till 6 pm .
Though NTA acknowledged reports of time loss and technical difficulties as it happened in NEET UG.
More than 13.4 lakh candidates registered for the CUET UG this year, aiming for admission to various undergraduate programs across 261 universities. The retest announcement follows ongoing controversies around competitive exams such as NEET and NET, with allegations of irregularities.

This year’s they had conducted the exam in hybrid mode implementation nationwide. However, logistical challenges led to a last-minute.
Students took to X to submit their dissatisfaction on the answer key. Rishabh posted on X,’ I found multiple errors in CUET UG answer key and if I challenge all errors (that I think those are errors), the cost of challenging is much more than my CUET application.
Another candidate, Bishal Bhowmik, shared, “When I checked my Geography OMR sheet with the the answer key, I was shocked because 80% of the answer key was wrong. When I calculated my score with the wrong answer key that NTA provides, I only got 26, but in reality, I should get 122 as 17 of my answers are correct.
Ever since the NEET UG controversy happened there was no improvement in conducting the examination. Another set of dissatisfaction emerged in CUET UG exam. As the case is still pending in the Supreme Court what impression it gives to the judges that NTA is not cabable enough to conduct the exam
