ABVMU CPET 2024 Exam Date, Application Process, Eligibility Criteria, Fee & Steps to Apply Extended till June 18

ABVMU CPET Exam will be conducted tomorrow. Earlier Date was June 23.

The ABVMU CPET 2024– The application form opened on 30 April, Now candidates will be able to apply till June 10, June 18, 2024.

The Entrance Exam, conducted by ABVMU, is an offline test that consists of 200 multiple-choice questions. Exam Date has been announced by ABVMU.The exam is designed to assess the candidate’s knowledge in three academic disciplines: English, Science, and General Knowledge. The duration of the exam is 2 hours, and the questions are of an objective type. The exam pattern is similar to other entrance exams, and candidates need to be well-prepared to score well.

Common Paramedical Entrance Test( CPET). This exam is conducted to offer admission to paramedical courses.

To prepare for the CIPET Entrance Exam, candidates should first gather their study material, including NCERT books. Clearing concepts and learning the basics is crucial to scoring well in the exam. CPET entrance test qualifying criteria

• General: 50th percentile General
• PwD: 45th percentile
• SC/ST/OBC: 40th percentile

For admission to Government Paramedical colleges, candidate must be domiciled in Uttar Pradesh

Science subjects (physics, Chemistry, and biology) in 12th Standard examination are eligible for the following: Bachelor’s Paramedical Courses

• Bachelor in Medical Laboratory Science (BMLS) 4 years
• Bachelor of Optometry (BOptom) 4 years
• B.Sc. in Operation Theatre Technology (BOTT) 4 years
• B.Sc. in Medical Radiology & Imaging Technology (BMRIT) 4 years
• Bachelor in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology (BASLP) 4 years
• Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) 4 ½ years
• Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (BOT) 4 ½ years

Candidates with PCM score 12th Standard examination are eligible for the following Bachelor’s Paramedical Courses only –

Bachelor of Optometry (BOptom) 4 years,

Bachelor in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology (BASLP) 4 years

Bachelor in Audiology and Speech Language Pathology (BASLP) 4 years, Candidates with Science who have passed qualifying 12th Standard examination (10+2) and must have obtained a minimum of 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics/Computer Science/Statistics/Electronics/Psychology taken together and passed in English individually from any recognized board

10+2 with science subjects and have secured at least 45% Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB) or Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) taken together and passed in English individually from any recognized board.

For reserved category, the percentage is 40percent.

English is mandatory in class 12

Students must be medically fit for admission; without it, they will not get admission.

During the registration process, the candidates will have to submit the following information:

a) First Name (As per Class 10th certificate or marksheet)

b) Middle Name

 c) Last Name

d) Father’s Name (As per Class 10th Certificate/Marksheet)

e) Mother’s Name (As per Class 10th Certificate/Marksheet)

f) Date of Birth (As per Class 10th Certificate/Marksheet),

i) Email Address (Valid Email for Future Information & Notifications)

j) Mobile Number (Valid & Active Number for SMS/EMAIL based delivery of Registration Number)

It is to be noted that the candidate’s details, like name, date of birth, gender, and mother’s and father’s names, in the application form must match the class 10th certificate.

If a candidate forgets their registration ID number, they can click on “Forgot Registration ID Number” to receive their Unique Registration ID number on their registered mobile number via SMS or email.

Mode of Examination:

MCQs – Objective/Multiple Choice response Questions to be answered on the optic marker sheet (OMR sheet) using black ball point pen provided at the Center.

Number of Questions: 200 Marks: Every single correct response will get 01 mark each.

No Negative Markings for incorrect response and/or more than one response.

Medium of Examination: English

Syllabus: Of Intermediate Standard (Class 12).

• There will be 200 Multiple Choice Questions.

• Question paper will comprise of four sections: Section A, B, C and D of 50 marks each.

• Questions in Section C will be as per subject choice filled by the applicant in their application form.

A. Online Counselling shall be done by ABVMU, UP, Lucknow and dates will be announced on ABVMU, UP website after the declaration of Result.
