Centre in each District
How the government will manage this. As per the official statement, the scheme will be implemented on a divisional level first and then will advance to the district level.  Then the Free-of-cost coaching centres will be opened in each district and will function under the auspices of respective Mandalayukta at each divisional headquarter of the state.
There will be separate classes conducted for each entrance exam so that students can focus solely on their subjects. All the lectures conducted for the students will be available online, along with the study material, to help the students revise their subjects.
Coaching to benefit 50,000 students
The government of Uttar Pradesh shared some data regarding the launch and effectiveness of the UP Abhyudaya scheme in the state, where it was stated that over 50,000 students will be able to seek free coaching in the first phase of the launch of the scheme.
The idea for the UP Abhyudaya scheme was put forward by the Uttar Pradesh government when several students preparing for competitive exams were stuck in Kota and were unable to return to their hometowns amid the Covid-19 lockdown.
