COMEDK Counselling 2024: Edit Window Open, At comedk.org

The COMEDK Counselling 2024 process of comedk has been opened from June 19, 2024 candidates can apply for counselling till July 01 instead of June 28, 2024 and the editing window for comedk is going to be open from July 02, 2024. Any candidate who wants to make modifications in his/ her application they can edit the application from July 2. till July 03, 2024. The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) conducts the Undergraduate Entrance Test (UGET) for admission to engineering courses in Karnataka. • PUC / 12^th std /equivalent marks card
• Admit Card of 12/ 2ns PUC / Equivalents exam.

• Candidates Original ID Proof

Counselling Process

1. Registration

Candidates need to register for the counselling process on the official COMEDK website. This involves providing personal details, academic details, and the COMEDK UGET 2024 rank.

2)  Document Verification

Candidates must upload scanned copies of the required documents for verification. The list of documents typically includes:

• COMEDK UGET 2024 Rank Card
• COMEDK UGET 2024 Admit Card
• 10th and 12th Mark Sheets
• Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar Card, Passport, etc.)
• Recent Passport Size Photographs
• Category Certificate (if applicable)
• Domicile Certificate (if applicable)
• Choice Filling and Locking

After successful document verification, candidates will be allowed to fill their choices of colleges and courses. This step is crucial as the seat allotment will be based on the preferences entered by the candidates. Candidates should carefully review and lock their choices before the deadline.

• Mock Allotment

A mock allotment will be conducted to give candidates an idea of the seats they might be allotted based on their current choices. This helps candidates to modify their choices if needed.

• Seat Allotment

The real seat allotment process will follow, where candidates will be allotted seats based on their rank, choices, and availability. The allotment results will be published online.

• Seat Confirmation and Fee Payment

Candidates who are satisfied with their allotted seat must confirm their acceptance by paying the requisite tuition fee online. Failure to pay the fee within the specified period will result in the forfeiture of the allotted seat.

6) Reporting Colleges

After fee payment, candidates need to report to the allotted college with the original documents and the admission letter to complete the admission formalities.
