CENTAC 2024 Counselling, Seat Allotment, Merit List

Centralised Admission Committee (CENTAC), Government of Puducherry, conducts this counselling for admission  to various undergraduates courses such as engineering programmes (BTech), Medical, BPharma,B sc Nursing, BPT,BA LLB, BSc Agriculture, BVSc and AH,BSC MLT, BSc Horticulture. The PG courses are also offered.

CENTAC has started the UG Non NEET Admission process from 8 May Onward. The last date to submit the application form is May 22 2024.

The university will start Live Phone-In interactive session related to admission process in
CENTAC as part of the “THOLAIPAALAM” PROGRAMME on Doordarshan will be
held on 16.05.2024 from 5.30 p.m to 6.30 p.m.

Admission is based on valid H.Sc. Academic marks, Age Criteria and Reservation Criteria of Government of Puducherry.

The Counselling process will start from May 15 for both UG and PG courses.

The National level exam is accepted are NEET score, JEE score, NATA, GATE score will be used for concerned seat allotment.

BSc Nursing admission will be offered through NEET score or entrance test conducted by Deemed Universities

Allotment

Only computer-based online allotment will be done in Round I and in Round II. Physical

counseling or online counseling might be done in the event of a mop up round.

Step to register for CENTAC 2024

• Register on the official website by filling in details like name, contact number, date of birth, etc.
• Once done with it, you need to fill in their details, academic details, payment details
• Now  select their category and the courses/s they wish to apply to.
• Candidates belong to other states to enter JEE Main details while filling up academic details in the CENTAC online application form.
• Once the CENTAC application form is submitted successfully, an application number will be generated. This must be saved for all future references.
• You have to submit the print out of online filled in CENTAC application form alongwith other required document the office of CENTACT.
• Mention the generated Application Number on the top right corner of all the enclosed documents with the print out of the online CENTAC application form.
• NO original documents be submitted only the photocopies of all the documents are required. 
• For BTech aspirants who have passed HSC or equivalent examination will be eligible to apply for CENTAC but based on JEE Main scores.Such candidates need to fill up the online CENTAC application form using their JEE Main marks (scorecard) before the last date.
