The Centralized Counselling for M.Tech./M.Arch./M.Plan. (CCMT) 2025 is an admission process for postgraduate programs in engineering, architecture, and planning across National Institutes of Technology (NITs), IIEST Shibpur, and select IIITs and CFTIs. This process utilizes GATE scores from 2023, 2024, and 2025 for seat allocation.
Tentative Schedule for CCMT Counseling Dates 2025
- Online Registration and Fee Payment: Expected to commence in April May 2025 and conclude in June 2025
- Choice Filling and Locking: To be completed by May June 2025.
- Seat Allotment Rounds:
- Round 1: Seat allotment results anticipated in June 2025.
- Round 2: Seat allotment results anticipated in June 2025.
- Round 3: Seat allotment results anticipated in July 2025.
- Special Rounds (if vacancies remain): Registration and choice filling are expected in July 2025, with seat allotments following shortly thereafter

Eligibility Criteria (CCMT 2025)
- GATE Qualification: Candidates with valid GATE scores from 2023, 2024, or 2025 are eligible to participate.
- Academic Requirements: A minimum of 6.5 CGPA (on a 10-point scale) or 60% for General/OBC candidates, and 6.0 CGPA or 55% for SC/ST/PwD candidates in the qualifying degree.

Application Process
- Registration: Complete the online registration on the CCMT portal during the specified period.
- Fee Payment: Pay the requisite registration fee through the available online payment methods.
- Choice Filling and Locking: Select and prioritize preferred programs and institutions, then lock in choices before the deadline
- Seat Allotment: Seats are allocated based on GATE scores, choices filled
- Acceptance and Reporting: Upon seat allotment, pay the seat acceptance fee and report to the designated reporting center for document verification
