CBSE CTET Exam in January 2024. CBSE CTET 2024 exam will be held on 21 January 2024. The application form opened in November 2023 and Correction opened between 4 to 8 December 2023.
CBSE ctet exam in January 2024-Admit Card
The admit card will be released online. No hard copy is sent to the candidates. The admit card will be released 3-4 days before the exam.

The CBSE conducts this EligibilityTest in two shifts for CTET Paper I and Paper II. CTET Paper 1 is for candidates who want to become a teacher of Classes I-V and CTET Paper 2 is for Classes VI-VIII teachers.
CBSE ctet exam in January 2024 Eligibility Criteria (Classes I to V)
- You have passed the Class 12 exam with a minimum of 50% (45% for reserved categories) of marks and
- You have passed the D.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education) course and are eligible to register for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test December exam. Candidates who are pursuing a final-year D.Ed course are also eligible to apply for the CTET.

- You have passed Class 12 with a minimum of 45% of marks and have passed B.EI.Ed courses (Bachelors in Elementary Education) are eligible to register for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test exam.
- Appearing candidates who are in their final year B.EI.Ed course is also eligible for the CTET exam.

- Candidates who have passed Class 12 with a minimum of 50% of marks and have completed a D.Ed in Special Education are eligible for the CTET exam. Candidates in their final year D.Ed in Special Education course can also register for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test exam.

- Candidates who have passed a Bachelor’s degree and B.Ed with a minimum of 50% of marks are eligible to register for the CTET exam.

Central Teacher Eligibility Test Paper II (Classes VI to VIII)
- You have completed a Bachelor’s degree and have passed the D.Ed course are eligible to register for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test exam.

- Candidates who have passed a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% of marks and have passed B.Ed can also register for the CTET exam.

Note: Reserved categories candidates SC/ ST/ OBC/ Differently-Abled categories will be given a relaxation of 5% of marks in the minimum marks required in educational qualification.
