Salary & Benefits
Selected candidates will be appointed as Scientists in different grades, and the salary will depend on the position:
- Scientist – C / D / E levels based on experience and qualification.
- Pay level can range between Rs. 67,700 to Rs. 2,08,700 per month.
- Pay Level – L – 11 (7 CPC) for C (Scientist), L-12 (7 CPC) for D (Scientist).
- Additional benefits include – House Rent Allowance (HRA), Travel allowance, Medical benefits, Research grants and Pension and other retirement benefits as per central government rules.
