ELLIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- B. Pharma – Intermediate / 10+2 or Equivalents with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English. With at least 50% aggregate marks for the General Category and EWS, 45% for OBC (non-creamy layer) and PWD (in General category and EWS),40% SC/ST Category in written entrance examination.
- M. Pharma (Ayurveda) – B. Pharma (Ay.) from a recognized University. With at least 50% aggregate marks for the General Category and EWS, 45% for OBC(non-creamy layer) and PWD (in General category and EWS),40% SC/ST Category in written entrance examination.

- Transfer Certificate and migration Certificate, if passed from university other than BHU (to be submitted not later than 30days after admission).
- High School Certificate/equivalent Certificate.
- Intermediate (10+2) Certificate/equivalent Certificate.
- Mark-sheets of High School/equivalent& Intermediate (10+2)/equivalent.
- Mark-sheets of all four years B. Pharm (Ay.) examination.
- OBC, EWS (Recent certificate, non-creamy layer in case of OBC), SC/ST certificate on the basis of which reservation is claimed.
- PWD Certificate on the basis of which reservation is claimed for admission.
- Aadhar card /Any other proof of identity.
