Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the following criteria to apply:
- Educational Qualification – Candidates should possess a minimum of ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in Welding or an equivalent qualification in a relevant trade.
- Applicants should be physically fit as the role may involve work at hiogh elevations, onsite welding, and travel to different project locations.
Age Criteria
- The general upper age limit is 30 years, with relaxations for reserved categories as per government norms.
- SC/ST candidates get a 5-year relaxation, and OBC candidates receive a 3-year relaxation.
Work Experience
- A certain level of practical experience, typically 2-5 years, in welding jobs such as gas welding, arc welding, TIG, or MIG may be required.
- Experience in heavy industry, construction, or power plant projects will be preferred.
Stipend During Training
- Stipend – 15000/- P. M. during the period under IBR Training. (for upto 3 months).

Merit List
- The Merit will be based on the marks received in ITI & NAC (Weightage of 50% to ITI Marks, 25% to NAC Marks) & marks for Qualifying Experience (25% Weightage).

- Date of birth proof – Matric/SSC Certificate/ TC from last school / PAN Card/ Passport / Adhar Card.
- ITI& NAC Certificates along with marks sheets, IBR Certificate if Applicable.
- Cast Certificate (SC/ ST/ OBC Non- Creamy layer)
- Self-Undertaking in the prescribed format by OBC certificate Candidates Belonging to non – Creamy layer.
- EWS Certificate
- Discharge Certificate
- Domicile certificate (J&K Candidates only)
