Assam Common Entrance (Assam CEE) Application has been extended till 6 April 2024 May and the exam will be conducted by the Assam Science & Technology University (ASTU) in July 2023. This exam is conducted once every year at the State Level in pen-paper mode to offer admission to candidates in B.Tech programs.
Candidates can apply for Assam Entrance Exam for the programs through online mode. Assam CEE Application Fee:
- Rs. 1100/-.
- You can pay the fees online only. There is no offline facility to submit the fee.
- Fee payment options-State bank ATM/Debit Card or from other banks debit card/credit card/net banking payment gateways.
- Registration fee once paid is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Assam CEE Educational Qualification
- Educational Qualification: You have completed 10+2 standard examinations (in one attempt) or Diploma in Engineering holder from a recognised board.
- Marks Criteria: Minimum 45% marks (40% marks for reserved category) in qualifying exam.
- Subjects: Physics, English and Mathematics/Chemistry as compulsory subjects in qualifying exam.
Assam CEE Exam Pattern
CEE 2024 will be based on the syllabus of Assam Higher Secondary Education Council (AHSEC). The examination
will be of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) type and comprise of a single paper of 3 (three) hours duration.

1.Candidate must visit www.astu.ac.in and click on CEE 2023 Online Form Fill up link
2: Click on the Application Form Tab
3: Read the Instructions carefully before online form filling
4: Click on Next and fill up the form and submit
5: After Step 4, pay the examination fee Rs. 850 (Eight hundred and fifty only) through online payment facility, which is available on the CEE 2022 login portal.
6: Take printout of Application Form
Assam CEE Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: A citizen of India.
- Age Limit: age between 17 to 21 years as on 1st August 2023.
- Domicile: Domicile certificate holder of Assam state.
- Qualifications: have passed 10+2or its equivalent from any recognized board.
- Marks Criteria: You have scored at least 50% Marks (45% marks for reserved category candidates) to be eligible for admission.
- Subjects: Chemistry, physics, mathematics and English as one of their subjects in the qualifying examination.
- Appearing: Appearing candidates in the 10+2 in 2023 can also apply for Assam CEE 2023 Examination.
