AP PGECET 2025 Exam on 5 to 7 June

The Andhra Pradesh Postgraduate Engineering Common Entrance Test (AP PGECET) 2025 is scheduled to take place from June 5 to 7, 2025. The registration schedule will be announced soon. AP PGECET 2025 is a state-level entrance exam for admission to postgraduate engineering, pharmacy, and technology programs in Andhra Pradesh. Through this entrance test candidates get admission into M.Tech. / M. Pharma. Courses in Andhra Pradesh.   The exam will be conducted online, and candidates must meet the eligibility criteria, which includes a bachelor’s degree in the relevant field with a minimum of 50% marks. The exam fee and pattern will be announced along with the registration schedule.

Is it necessary for those with GATE/ GPAT scores to also appear for AP PGECET 2025 exam?

No, Candidates with valid GATE/GPAT scores in relevant Discipline are exempted from appearing in the AP PGECET 2025.

AP PGECET Educational Qualification 2025

  • Candidate should have passed or appeared for the final year examination of the qualifying degree (BE/B.Tech/B.Pharm/B.Arch etc.).
  • Candidate should have secured a minimum of 50% marks (45% for reserved categories) in the qualifying degree examination.
  • Candidates with valid GATE/GPAT scores are exempted from appearing in the AP PGECET 2025.

How to Apply for AP PGECET 2025 ?

Step-1: Visit the official website of AP PGECET 2025, which is cets.apsche.ap.gov.in.

Step-2: Click on the “Apply Online” link on the home page.

Step-3: Fill the online application form with your personal, academic, and contact details.

Step-4: Upload scanned copies of your passport-sized photograph, signature, and other required documents.

Step-5: Pay the application fee through online payment modes such as credit/debit card or net banking. 

Step-6: Submit the application form after verifying all the details.

Step-7: Take a printout of the application form for future reference.

Step-8: After submitting the application form, check your payment status.

Step-9: Take a Printout of the Filled-In Application Form

AP PGECET Exam Pattern 2025

  • The Exam will be conducted on CBT Mode. 
  • The mode of the AP PGECET exam is online.
  • The exam duration is 2 hours.
  • There shall be 120 question of 120 Marks in Questions Paper.
  • The AP PGECET question paper will be in English.
  • There shall be 1 mark is awarded for each correct answer. 
  • Negative marking – No Negative Marking.
