AMU Placement Aligarh, April 19: In a placement drive conducted by the Training and Placement Office, Aligarh Muslim University Murshidabad Centre, 14 MBA students of the Centre have been selected as academic counselors by Teachnook, a Bengaluru-based Ed-Tech firm through a vigorous selection process consisting of multiple rounds of online personal interviews.
Dr. Md. Sarwar Alam, TPO, AMU Murshidabad Centre, informed that the selected students, including Aiman Hashmi, Sabeen Jafri, Shazia Muqeem, Mohd Aquib, Mohd Arslan, Kazim Hussain, Imran Khan, Naeem Akhter, Mohd Huzaifa, Sarfaraj Ahmed, Sana Naaz, Shadab Habib, Mohd Jasim Khan, and Abdullah Sarwar, are expected to join the organization in June 2024.
Dr. Nigamananda Biswas, Director of the Centre, congratulated the selected students.
CSIR NET Selection of AMU Students
The three students of AMU selected this year for CSIR NET JRF
Ms. Insha Akbar (AIR 34) and Ms. Farha Naz (AIR 86), Research Scholars of the Department of Chemistry, Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) and former AMU student Ms. Anjum Nazneen (AIR 42) have qualified CSIR NET-JRF test.
Prof. Zeba N. Siddiqui, Chairperson, Department of Chemistry congratulated them for this remarkable achievement.
CSIR NET JRF refers to the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) National Eligibility Test (NET) for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Lectureship. It is a national level entrance exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on behalf of CSIR to determine eligibility for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Lectureship in various science subjects.
