AIBE XIX Result 2025 when it is coming? What official says?

AIBE XIX result 2025 is being expected by the lawyers who appeared to clear the exam. The final answer key was released on March 6. Generally it is seen with other competitive exam that when the final answer is published the result is declared within two or three days.

But in this case the result is expected till now and there is no clarity from the Bar council. We have tried to know the date from the officials but every time they give the date it was a miss.

AIBE XIX Result 2025 when it is coming?

Last date given by them was after Holi the result will be declared on 15 or 16 March but unfortunately the result was not out. Candidates waited for this date as the Gabbar Singh of Sholey eagerly waited for the Holi to act.

While speaking to the official again they gave some date when the result will be declared. This time the date given is 25 or 26.

Pass Percentage in the past

Candidate has to score 45 percent from general category while for reserved category it is 40 percent. We can say that passing percentage is not that high but candidate’s pass percentage is not that good

The pass percentage in the past has not been very good as less number of candidates clear this exam

2018 number says AIBE 18 exam, approximately 1,44,014 candidates appeared, with a pass rate of around 48.37%

The Need of AIBE Exam

The All India Bar Examination (AIBE) is a national-level certification exam conducted by the Bar Council of India (BCI) for law graduates who wish to practice as advocates in India. The purpose of conducting this exam is to assess a law graduate’s capability to practice law in India and award the “Certificate of Practice” (CoP).

AIBE XIX Eligibility:

Must have a Law degree (LL.B.) from a recognized university.

Must be enrolled with a State Bar Council as an advocate.

AIBE XIX Exam Pattern

  • Exam Mode: Offline (Pen & Paper)
  • Exam Type: Open Book Exam (Candidates can refer to books and notes).
  • Duration: 3 Hours 30 Minutes
  • Subjects Covered: Covers topics like Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Evidence Act, CPC, IPC, and Professional Ethics.
  • Passing Criteria: Candidates need to secure at least 40% (General/OBC) and 35% (SC/ST/PWD) to qualify.
  • Validity of Certificate: Lifetime validity
