BSHS Community Health Officer 2025 Exam

The BSHS CHO 2025 exam is for selecting Community Health Officers who will work at Health and Wellness Centres in Bihar. The exam checks your basic knowledge, reasoning skills, math ability, and technical understanding of health-related topics. It has four sections – General Knowledge, Knowledge Application/Reasoning, Numerical Ability, and Technical Ability. Each section has 20 questions, and the total marks are 100. Preparation Strategy

  1. Know the number of questions, sections, and marks clearly. Focus more on Technical Ability as it carries 40 marks.
  2. Study each topic from the General Knowledge, Reasoning, Numerical Ability, and Technical Ability sections.
  3. Create a daily timetable. Give extra time to the Technical and Numerical sections.
  4. For General Knowledge and Science topics, revise Class 6–10 NCERT books for clarity.
  5. Attempt online quizzes or mock tests for speed and accuracy improvement.
  6. Check old CHO or similar exams’ papers to understand the question pattern.
  7. Study topics like child health, maternal health, diseases, and family planning in detail.
  8. Practice questions on series, coding-decoding, time, speed, distance, and DI regularly.
  9. Read daily current affairs, especially related to health schemes and government policies.
  10. Take full mock tests once a week and analyze your mistakes to improve before the exam.
