JMI Exam Pattern 2025

The Jamia Milia RCA Entrance Test would be divided into two papers: Paper-1 and Paper – 2.

Paper -1

• Paper -1 would Consist of Objective Type Questions
• There will be 100 Questions of 100 marks in question paper. 
• The Paper will also include CSAT Questions. 
• There will be negative marking. 

Paper-2

• The paper two would consist of Essay writing. 
• Candidates must write one essay, which consist 60 marks (60 X 1 essay)
• The Total Marks for paper-2 will be 60 marks.
• The total time allotted for both papers would be three hours.
• The OMR sheet would be collected after two hours. The Time allotted for writing the essay will be One Hour. 

JMI Merit 2025

The essay evaluation process for the exam will be based on merit obtained from Paper 1. Only the top 800 students, as per their MCQ test marks, will have their essays evaluated, determining their final ranking and admission prospects.

JMI Interview 2025

The interview/personality test is necessary for Selection. The Interview Consist 40 marks. In a departure from traditional in-person interviews, the interviews for this exam will be conducted online, providing a convenient and accessible platform for candidates. The online interview will assess the candidate’s communication skills, personality, and overall suitability for the program, with the results contributing significantly to the final merit list. Candidates must ensure they have a stable internet connection and a suitable device to participate in the online interview.

Subjective Types Question 60 Marks. In this part you have write 1 essay on the given topic. Topic level is same as UPSC Exam. Essay Consist of 60 marks.
