The NTA has given the clarification regarding conduct of NEET UG 2025 exam. Pre covid exam pattern would be accepted this year and duration of the exam will be as it used to be before Covid 19.

Following will be paper
Total number of Questions-180 All are compulsory
Division-45 question each in Physics and Chemistry
Biology will have 90 Questions
Duration-3 Hours
So there will be no extra time introduced due to COVID .
Question Paper Pattern: The question paper will consist of 180 compulsory questions. The provision for optional questions, introduced temporarily during the COVID-19 pandemic, will no longer be available

What other thing clarified by NTA
Generating a APAAR Id is not mandatory for the students to appear for NEET UG 2025. It is an optional. APAAR ID is a digital storage of student’s academic record.
NEET UG online or Offline
The NEET UG 2025 will be conducted offline on pen and paper mode. There was news that NEET UG 2025 would be conducted online but now picture is clear
