Eligibility to apply for TN CM Fellowship Scholarship Program 2025-27
The State Government of Tamil Nadu has launched the Tamil Nadu CM Fellowship for the students of the state. To Apply candidates must have passed Bachelor Degree and Ph.D. Degrees are eligible to apply under the fellowship. To Apply students need to fill online registration application, its will be release on Bharathidasan Institute of Management website.
TN CM Fellowship 2025: Require Educational Qualifications
- first Class Bachelor degree in Engineering, Medicine, Law, Agriculture, Veterinary Science or First Class Master’s Degree in Arts/Science from any of the Universities.
- Working Knowledge of Tamil.

Additional Allowance – Rs. 10000/- for assignment work.
How Many Fellows will Select for TN CM Fellowship Program 2025 ?
A total of thirty Fellows will be selected, with two Fellows assigned to each “Thematic Area” and six Fellows assigned to the Special Programme Implementation Department Monitoring Cell. The twelve thematic areas are as follows:

How to Register for TN CM Fellowship 2025 ?
The online application form will open on July/August 2025. and will close by August 2025. Please note that the form once submitted cannot be edited.

Step-2: Please click “Click Here to Register and Apply Online”
Step-3: Once all the mandatory fields are filled, click on the “Register” button
Step-4: On successful registration, an email with the login credentials will be sent to the registered mail address, for future logins. Please save these credentials.
Step-5: On successful registration, you will be directed to the Successful Registration page.
Step-6: On this page, click “Go to Application Form” on the top right-hand corner, fill in all the mandatory fields, and upload all the requisite documents, accept the declaration, and submit the form.
Step-7: OTPs will be sent to your registered mobile number/email. Please check your spam folder too. Please keep your email IDs active throughout the period of the selection process. All communications will be sent your registered email ID.
Step-8: Please have scanned copies of ID proof (Voter ID/PAN Card/Passport/Driving License), Community certificate, UG Degree Certificate, UG Marksheets, PG Degree Certificate, PG Marksheets, PhD Certificates, as applicable before you begin the registration process.
