Future Relationship Manager (‘RM’) will acquire practical experience and develop proficiency in essential banking sectors. In their role as RM, the selected aspirants will receive training in banking operations, financial products, customer relationship management, and leadership capabilities (“PO Program”). The PO Program is tailored for driven individuals who are eager to enhance their careers at one of India’s top private sector banks

- Bank demands the work experience minimum one year to ten
- Educational Qualification: Candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks from a recognized university.
- Age Limit: 21–35 years.
- Graduates should have secured minimum 50% marks in X/SSLC, XII/HSC, Diploma/Polytechnic and Graduation
Selection Process:
The HDFC Bank PO Program follows a transparent and merit-based selection process:
- Assessment: An objective assessment covering reasoning, quantitative aptitude, and English proficiency.
- Personal Interview: A one-on-one interaction to assess banking knowledge, problem-solving ability, and career aspirations
Mode of Selection
Initial shortlisting will be done based on the marks scored in the Online Test
• Final Selection will be based on the consolidated marks obtained for Online Test and Personal Interview.
• HDFC Bank can modify the selection process considering number of applications for the post and also decide the number of applicants to be called for Personal Interview.
• In matters regarding eligibility and selection, HDFC Bank’s decision will be final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
