Mode of Selection of NSIC Assistant Manager Technical Recruitment 2025
Selection will be made on the basis of GATE score and interview score put together
GATE score weightage 70 percent
Interview weightage-30 percent
The candidates will be short-listed for the interview in the ratio of at least 1:5 or in the ratio of maximum 1:7 w.r.t. number of posts advertised.

GATE score of last two year will be applicable and these candidates can apply
Compensation
Compensation package includes Basic pay, Industrial DA, HRA, Perquisites and Allowances as per cafeteria approach, EPF, Gratuity etc. In addition, Performance Related Pay will be applicable, as admissible and as per Rules of the Corporation. CTC at minimum of Basic Pay in the IDA pay scale of Rs.30,000-1,20,000 shall be Rs.9.52 lakh (approx.) except PRP, based on the posting in ‘X’ class cities. HRA shall be variable in case of posting in ‘Y’ and ‘Z’ class cities.
