ONGC Apprentice Recruitment 2024 Educational Qualification

1. Candidates must have completed ITI in the relevant trade from a recognized institute.
2. Candidates must have completed a Diploma in the relevant engineering discipline.
3. Non-Technical Apprentices – Candidates must have completed a Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.Com./B.Sc) or equivalent from a recognized university for roles like Accountant, Office Assistant, and HR Executive.

Age Criteria

• Minimum Age – 18 years
• Maximum Age – 24 Years
• There is age relaxation for candidates from reserved categories as per government norms – 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates.

Educational Qualification

Apprentice Stipend

• Graduate Apprentices (BA,/BCOM/BSC/BBA/BE/BTECH) –  Rs.9,000 – Rs.10,500 per month
• Three Years Diploma (Respective discipline of Engineering) – Rs. 8,050 per month
• Trade Apprentices (10^th /12^th ) –  Rs.7,000 per month
• Trade Apprentices (ITI Trade of one year duration)- 7, 700/-
• Trade Apprentices (ITI Trade of two  year duration) –  8, 050/-

Selection Process

The selection of candidates for the ONGC Apprentice Recruitment 2024 will be done purely on the basis of merit. There will be no written test or interview. The merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained in the qualifying exam (ITI/Diploma/Degree).
