The KEAM 2025 Application form is expected to be released in March 2025 and the exam is scheduled for June 2025. KEAM Exam is conducted by Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE). The Application form will be available online and candidates will need to register themselves on the official website i.e. cee.kerala.gov.in. To Apply students must be at least 17 years old and have passed 10+2 from a recognized board.

KEAM 2025 will be conducted in offline mode (pen and paper-based) at various centers across Kerala and select cities in India. The exam will likely be conducted in two papers—Paper 1 for Physics and Chemistry and Paper 2 for Mathematics.

KEAM 2025: Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for KEAM 2025, candidates must fulfill certain criteria in terms of nationality, age, and educational qualifications:
- Nationality: Candidates must be Indian citizens. Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) and Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) are also eligible. Non-Keralite candidates may be eligible for specific categories but have limited access to government seats.
KEAM 2025: Educational Qualifications
- Engineering aspirants must have passed or be appearing in their 12th-grade exam (or equivalent) with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as core subjects.
- They must secure at least 45% in Mathematics and an aggregate of 50% in Physics and Mathematics together.
- For architecture aspirants, a valid NATA score is required, in addition to passing the 12th-grade examination with Mathematics as a subject.
- Domicile: Candidates are classified into Keralite, Non-Keralite Category I (NK I), and Non-Keralite Category II (NK II), with Keralite students having a higher reservation in state-run colleges.
KEAM 2025: Age Criteria
- Age: Candidates should be at least 17 years old as of December 31, 2025. There is no upper age limit.

Note: Candidates choosing ‘Dubai’ as Examination Centre will have to remit an additional fee of Rs.15,000/-by way of online payment.
Exam Pattern For Engineering Entrance Examination
For Engineering Entrance Examination, Mathematics will have 75 questions, Physics will have 45 questions and Chemistry will have 30 questions to be answered in 180 minutes. For B.Pharm ONLY candidates, the Entrance Examination will have 45 questions in Physics and 30 questions in Chemistry to be answered in 90 minutes.
KEAM 2025: Minimum Qualifying Marks
- For Engineering Entrance Examination – To qualify in the Engineering Entrance Examination and thereby become eligible to figure in the Engineering rank list, a candidate must secure a minimum normalized score of 10 in the Engineering Entrance Examination.
- MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BHMS/BSMS/BUMS courses – NEET UG 2025 Score – for all candidates 50% for percentile in NEET UG 2025 and SC/ST/SEBC required 40% for Qualifying.
- For Architecture Course – NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) 2025 test is required for admission into AB. Arch. Courses.
- For Entrance examination for admission to B. Pharm Course- A candidates has to secure a minimum normalized score of 10 out of the index of 300. The Candidates who do not secure the minimum stipulated score will not find a place in the rank list.
