ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR LECTURER, PRE-SERVICE TEACHER EDUCATION:

1. Master’s degree in relevant field
2. M. Ed. With minimum 55% / equivalent.
3. NET/ SLET/ Ph.D. from any recognized University.
4. Experience – 3 years experiences

AGE: Minimum age is 21 years of age and not more than 38 years of age as on 01/01/2024.

Age Relaxation

The upper age limit is relaxable :

• By 5 years for SC/ST candidates, i.e, upto 43 years,
• By 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates i.e, upto 41 years as per Govt. Notification No. ABP. 6/2016/9 dated Dispur the 25th April 2018.
• Persons with benchmark disability (PwBD) 10 years irrespective of SC/ST/OBC and UR Category of candidates as per Govt. Memorandum No. ABP 180120171105 dated Dispur the 7th January, 2019.

SELECTION PROCEDURE:

The selection process for APSC Advt. No. 15/2024 involves multiple stages, which may include:

b) Certificates & Mark sheets of all examinations from HSLC onwards up to the level of qualifying examination.

c) Degree certificate along with mark-sheets pertaining to all the academic years as proof of educational qualification claimed. In the absence of Degree certificate, provisional certificate along with mark sheets pertaining to all the academic years will be accepted.

d) Diploma/Certificate in Computer Application.

e) Caste certificate issued by Govt. of Assam for candidate seeking reservation as SC/ST/OBC/MOBC.

f) BPL certificate issued by Govt. of Assam. (wherever necessary).

h) Documentary support for any other claim(s) made.
