The final SSC CHSL Merit List 2024 will be prepared based on the following criteria:
- The overall performance of candidates in the Tier 2 exam only will be considered.
- The merit list will be based on the aggregate marks scored in Section-I and Section-II of the Tier 2 examination, provided that candidates qualify in Section-III (both modules) of the exam.
- Final selection will be determined by the ‘overall performance in the Tier 2 exam’ and the ‘preference of posts’ given by the candidates.
