CIPET JEE 2024 The application form is open for the admission to the Diploma and Post Graduate diploma in plastics technology. There are three types of diploma programmes are being offered by CIPET.
The admission is done through entrance test which is known as CAT.

1.DIPLOMA IN PLASTICS MOULD TECHNOLOGY
Duration-3 Years
Qualification-10 Passed
2.Post Diploma in Plastics Mould Design with CAD/CAM
Duration One and half years
PD-PMD is a one and a half year full time course and students who have completed a 3 year diploma in relevant engineering fields are eligible to apply. CIPET through this course delivers a curriculum which provides a comprehensive balance between product design, material science and manufacturing process with the real challenges that are available in plastic product development. The syllabus includes plastics product design, mould design, plastics processing technology, reverse engineering and rapid prototyping, project work along with in-plant industry training.
Education Qualification- Candidates who want to apply must have three year Diploma in Mechanical/Plastics/Polymer/Tool/Production/Mechatronics/Automobile/Tool and Die Making/Petrochemicals/industrial/Instrumentation Engg/Technology or DPMT/DPT or its equivalent
3.DIPLOMA PROGRAMS – DIPLOMA IN PLASTICS TECHNOLOGY

The diploma in Plastics Technology is a 3 year course that students can join after completion of their 10th standard or equivalent. The course subjects cover applied mathematics, applied, chemistry, applied physics, applied mechanics, engineering drawing, design of dyes, moulds and plastics process technology and more. 4. POSTGRADUATE DIPLOMA IN PLASTICS PROCESSING & TESTING
Students who join the PGD-PPT course learn modern processing techniques and testing methods for plastics. The curriculum is designed for a ‘hands-on’ learning on equipment that is widely used in today’s plastics industry

CIPET JEE 2024 Admission Process
Admission to all CIPET Diploma & Post Diploma and Post Graduate Diploma, courses are carried out through an online admission system. Applicants need to sit for the all India Computer Based Test (CBT) JEE. Selection is based on performance in the Joint Entrance Examination.
