CCS University Meerut. Chaudhary Charan Singh University (CCSU) is located in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, it is a state university. The CCS University is recognized by the UGC and accredited with a B grade by the NAAC.

CCS University offers UG, PG, Doctorate, Diploma, PG Diploma, and Certificate courses across multiple streams. Some of the popular streams at CCSU are Science, Arts, Commerce, Agriculture, Management, Law, and Education. CCSU admission is granted either on merit or on the basis of the entrance examination.

Admission is offered for UG and PG Courses at Choudhary Charan Singh University Meerut. The application is released online. Admission to the M.Ed and LLM shall be made through an entrance test that will be conducted by the university followed by counselling.

For admission in M.P.Ed and B.P.ED, a physical test will be conducted by the University. The dates for the test will be announced by the University. The medium of the Entrance Test will generally be English, except in the case of the language courses.

In the case of M.Ed., the minimum qualifying marks required are 45 per cent in the entrance test. However, the Entrance Test marks alone do not determine admission to the M.Ed. programme, but the entrance test scores and the academic scores (as per G.O.) combined together shall determine the merit of the student.

Admission to Other courses

For the rest of the courses including Master, Bachelor, Diploma and Certificate programmes, the admissions shall be made on the basis of an online Merit List generated on a common portal (www.ccsuweb.in) for both, the University Campus and the affiliated colleges.

Application and Counselling Fee

Entrance Test-cum-Application Fee The fee (Rs. 700/ for General and OBC, and Rs. 500/ for SC/ST candidates) for the Entrance Test is charged online while filling up the Application Form through e-payment, and no separate fee will be charged for the entrance test.

Entrance Exam Pattern

For admission to M.Ed.., the Entrance Test will be of a single question paper of 3 hours duration containing 250 objective type questions [Mental ability 100 questions, Subject competence (B.Ed.) 100 questions, Language ability (Hindi or English) 50 questions)

Merit will be prepared for admission in the M.Ed. programme on the basis of entrance score only.

For admission to LL.M

The Entrance Test will be a single question paper of 2 hours duration containing 100 objective type questions, based on 10 questions each from 10 papers on the subject, namely:

Jurisprudence, Constitutional Law of India, Law of Crime (IPC), Law of Contract (General principles of contract), Law of Torts, Public International Law, Family law (Hindu and Muslim Law), Environmental Law, Administrative Law and Company Law, each with multiple choices having only one best amongst the given choices.

If the candidate is selected for the first preference, then his/her name will not appear in the merit lists of other colleges/Campuses.

For admission to B.P.Ed. and M.P.Ed. For programmes offered in the C.C.S. University campus and affiliated colleges, students will have to apply through the online portal of the University.

The admissions in B.P.Ed. and M.P.Ed. Programmes will be based on the following criteria:

  4. University Weightage: 08 Marks
